Put simply, the ‘Local Loop’ is really just the copper cables connecting your house to your local telephone exchange. New government regulations have allowed companies like Slingshot to have access to Telecom’s exchanges. Now that we’re installing our own brand-new equipment into these exchanges, it means we can deliver even better services to our customers.
